Goalkeeper Sabitu Abiola has signed a new two-year contract with the reigning Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions Remo Stars. The new deal will keep him at the club until 2027.
Abiola made his senior debut for the Ikenne club last season, and also made two league appearances during the Sky Blue Stars title winning campaign.
Abiola is expected to feature more regularly for Daniel Ogunmodede’s side in the 2025-26 season, which would commence on Friday, 22nd August, 2025.
